This exclusive set of 6 champagne / sparkling wine whisks with storage trays comes from France around approx. 1890 - 1900. The front parts of the beaters and the handles of storage bowls are made of bone-like material (probably cow bones). the handles of the beaters and the storage bowls are made of gilded silver. The set is absolutely unique and looks very elegant!

The ensemble consists of:

6 whisks is approx. 11.7cm. long and max. 2.5cm. in front diameter,

6 storage trays approx. 8.5cm. long, 3 cm. wide at the front and 0.8 / 1.2 cm. high front/back.

All silver parts are with French guarantee hallmarks (Minerva head with the number 2 or boar head for 800/1000 silver), as well as maker's mark stamped and gilded. Real solid silver is fully guaranteed.

The set is in a well-kept, used condition, with usual signs of wear (see photos). A bowl slightly sawn on the edge from below (probably for silver testing). Without monogram. Ready for immediate use!
