We ship to over than 48 countries worldwide with Elta Hellenic Post, wich is the most economy post office, for items under 10 kg (5-24 days shipping). For items over 10 kg we ship with DHL Ground Economy for European Countries ( 5-8 days shipping tracking number added). We ship with DHL Express to US, Canada and oversea countries.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. After buyer places an order we usually ship the next working day. For any delay buyer will be informed. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. Audio Light is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives with in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.  

 

RETURN INFORMATION

After receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
