Brand new tagged black heavyweight Jersey skirt from forgotten tribes. Sized medium but elastic waist means ok for big 12 up to a small 16. Size ties means skirt length at sides can be adjusted to provide pleats and asymmetry. I am 5ft 6 and the skirt reaches to  the top of my ankles when worn.
