This is a Vintage Lady Head Vase Black Hair & Bonnet Cream & Black Dress & Hat.  This is a smaller size lady head vase standing 3 3/4" high x 3 1/2" wide x 2" in depth.

Marked on the underside S 511.

The lady is wearing an off white dress and hat with black accents and black hair.  She has a wonderful look in spite of damage.

Condition ~  There is damage to the area around the opening of the vase, crazing, scuffs and loss to her back hair on the back and side.
