1.) What do I get when I buy this item?


You will get a brand new Pay As You Go mobile phone SIM card with the number shown in the title of this listing.


2.) What network will it be on?


It will be on Vodafone.


3.) If I don't like the network the number is currently on, can I move it to another UK network?


Yes, very easily! You can transfer this number to any UK network (e.g. Three, EE, O2, etc.). To do this you will need to get the PAC code from the current network provider (e.g. Vodafone) and then give it to the network provider you wish to change to (e.g. EE). This is called "porting" your number, but it is not a service we provide.


4.) Will you get and send me a PAC code instead of sending the SIM card?


No. We do not get PAC codes for customers. If you want to get a PAC code, you will need to request it yourself from the phone network once you have received the SIM card from us in the post.


5.) Can the number be used on a contract phone?


Yes. Although this number is sent to you on a Pay As You Go SIM card, you can ask the network provider to move it to a contract phone. Please note that you may need to pass their credit checks before they will do this though.


6.) Does this SIM card come with any credit already on it?


No. This SIM card has no credit on it and to activate it and make a phone call you will need to put credit onto it first.


7.) Will this SIM card fit all mobile phones?


Yes. Because it is a Tri SIM, you can push out the correct size SIM card to fit your phone. It will work with all 3G and 4G networks, and usually 5G networks as well.


8.) How long does it take to deliver this to me?


This SIM card will be sent out within 1 working day by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, so you should receive it around 3-5 working days after you've paid. Please note that a signature will be required when it is delivered.



VERY IMPORTANT !!!


Once you have received your SIM card you MUST top it up straight away and make at least one chargeable phone call or text message every three months to keep the SIM card (and number) active. If you do not do this it is very likely that the network provider will deactivate your SIM card without notice. If this happens the SIM card will no longer work and you will lose the phone number permanently. This is completely beyond our control and we will accept no responsibility if this happens, so please make sure you top it up regularly and make at least one chargeable call every three months. USE IT OR LOSE IT !
