I think it is a coat worn to traditional dirndl dresses on Octoberfest, or celebrations.

Designer is Resi Hammerer, presents no signs of wear.

In excellent condition.

Beautifully made with embroidery.

Colour is pale-ish, but still a little more vibrant green than what it is on the photos.
