Antique German Salt glaze Water Bottle.

Antique Rhein Preussen Germany Jug from the 1800's. German Stoneware or Clay Bottle/Jug. Rare Salt Glazed and Handmade Stoneware Bottle for bringing in Seltzer Water.These bottles were used to bottle the naturally carbonated spring water from the springs in the Nassau region of Germany. This water was called Selters, or seltzer. The jug itself is in great condition, a few marks and scratches but still in great condition for it's age.

Antique Stoneware 1 liter Jug, Flagon, Pitcher, Bottle. It is a foot tall and 3.5 inches in diameter on the bottom. Please look at the pictures they show details.
