The lens is in nice condition with good glass, there is a small impact crease that can be seen in image 3

The glass has some dust and a few light marks around the periphery of the inside of the front element, I have seen these before on this model and they have no impact on the IQ as the lens is very sharp

The AF works in the usual noisy screw drive way, but is fast and quite enough if you are not racking it through its whole range the MF is light and works fine

All images and crops at f2.8,excep Jodrell bank telescope and crop at f9 and last landscape and crop at f5.6, All on D700
