Vintage Porcelain Black Top Hat Man Head Cork Bottle Stopper Pourer. Good used vintage condition. Man head shaped with black top hat, Face is white with red lips, brown hair and black painted accents. Has cork material around the stem. Has Japan on bottom of stem. There are two holes - one in the mouth and one on the top of head. I believe the mouth is to pour liquor and the top hole is a vent. Piece does have paint loss wear. Measures approx. 2 1/2"H x 1 3/4"L x 1 1/2"W. Comes as seen in the pictures.
