If your old remotes that came with the bed do not look identical to the ones pictured, there is a good chance they will not work and you will be responsible for return and exchange fees. Take special note on the 4000 and ZG Conversion Kits as the remote or kit received will be different than the original due to supply chains and discontinued parts but will work. Also, if you have a bluetooth icon in the corner of the old remote, these wont work and you need to reach us.
