1950s Military Army Soldiers Boat Ship 8mm Movie Film

Approx 35 seconds of what appears to be some Army Soldiers at a boat/ship, maybe loading or unloading. Unsure of the location but film with it included footage in NYC and DC, from the estate of a USAF soldier.
Film played ok for me and does not appear to have any vinegar smell to it, but it is vintage, going on 70+ years old, and inherently is at risk like any old film for issues with condition and integrity.
*Note - film may or may not come on reels, it may be coiled in paper envelope. Varies based on how it was found and length.
