H.T.F. < HARD TO FIND >., Opaline glass from the glass makers Portieux Vallerysthal Glass works, France.  In the late 19th century, Vallerystahl, a German-based firm, acquired French Portieux.  Together, they formed Portieux Vallerystahl with the aim of marketing glass to both the French and German markets. The original French company Portieux traces back to 1705. 
This piece is a tan color open crimped vase with beautiful cascading roses running down the sides.  The piece is Opaline and when put up against a light source you can see through it. The color is hard to describe it is a light coffee color, tan, beige, caramel, I am not sure why, but some describe it as " Butter". 
This piece was featured in the original 1908 Portieux Vallerysthal Catalog. < see last three pictures number or pattern # 4602 >. 
The vase measures: 9 1/8'' tall X 3 3/4'' wide.
