A French enamel wall-mounted rack for hanging kitchen utensils with a drip-tray underneath - I imagine large cauldron kitchen spoons hung on the aluminium bar, and the scooped section below catching any drips, or holding damp cloths etc....

Would make an attractive kitchen addition, or possibly garden ornament, planter, bird-bath or tap surround?
