1970s Dog Pretty Girl Running Beach Ocean Florida 8mm Movie Film

Approx 2 minutes 45 seconds of footage of a girl with her dog, appears to be a black lab, running around on the beach in Florida, then getting a bath later.
Film played ok for me and does not appear to have any vinegar smell to it, but it is vintage, going on 70+ years old, and inherently is at risk like any old film for issues with condition and integrity. May need cleaning.
*Note - film may or may not come on reels, it may be coiled in paper envelope. Varies based on how it was found and length.
