Antique Venetian Silver tea spoon, made by Detkin & Harrison at the Venetian Works in Birmingham, circa 1895 - 1907.

Back handle is stamped "Venetian Silver" with a Fleur de Lys, a Gondola and D & H all in inset boxes.

Venetian Silver has a lower amount of silver content than sterling silver.


The bowl and handle were made separately then hand assembled and polished, it has a very good finish and is in a nice clean condition, there are some blemish age wear spots to the bowl (see photo's)
