Buren Vintage Watch with John Deere Dial c.1970s

This piece was either a gift piece to employees or clients of John Deere. In new old stock condition with a mint silver sunburst dial.

Case : plated case with stainless steel back measuring 34mm (ex. crown) x 42mm (lug to lug), 17mm drilled lugs.

Movement : Durowe 7423 manual wound movement with 17 jewels by Standard Time Corp, owned by Hamilton which bought Buren Watch Company in 1966.

Dial : original silver sunburst dial with John Deere logo,  applied steel baton indices with end lume plots, original baton handset with inlaid lume.

Band : old 17mm black genuine leather strap, deterioration from storage and age but still usable.

Accessories : none.

Sold “as-is” with no returns. This timepiece is in good working condition but service history is unknown.  A service should be carried out eventually as this is a vintage watch despite most likely unworn.
