This is a very early Waterman's Ideal number 12 1/2 eyedropper pen with gold coloured bands. The original 14k nib lays down a medium line. This incredibly rare pen is in very good condition aside from a crack to the slip cap. When an opportunity to own a pen as rare as this imperfections are overlooked!

Please be sure to look at all the images to enable you to decide on condition for yourself.

Please Note: This pen is a lovely, working example of a vintage pen. This pen may have micro scratches, dings or knocks but will write beautifully. To quote the french writer and philosopher Voltaire (1694-1778) " To hold a pen is to be at war". Regard any slight imperfections as the battle scars of the Victor.
