Although this tile saw looks tatty, it was only used for one job.

I’m not in the trade, but this piece of kit is invaluable.

Nothing missing and includes the instructions and build sheet.

I hope I won’t have to do any tiling in the future, as I wouldn’t want to be without this, grab yourself a bargain.
