Gorgeous rainbow colors. Blue propeller with beads coming out of a plastic frog on the top of the hat.
Hat has some minor wear - unsure if it's been worn much or just from sitting on the shelf.
Propeller is in great shape and spins nicely.
Size Medium - wears a bit small but does have an elastic back enclosure.
