It started life as an automatic but was converted to manual some years ago.

I bought the car at auction and didn't get much history with it.

Also the car was resprayed sometime in the past. The paintwork looks good from a few feet away but

close up you will see a few little bubbles under the surface here and there.

There is no welding required - previous owners have done some repairs.

I believe the car was parked in a garage for a number of years - there is a tax disc on the screen for 2014 and

so I think the car has been off the road for maybe 10 years.

Having said all that I have spent hundreds of pounds on it over the winter to recommission it.

It has 4 new tyres, new front disc pads and rear brake shoes. I have overhauled the front calipers and replaced

some brake pipes, new rear brake slave cylinders.

New timing chain and crankshaft oil seal replaced.

Various other seals replaced. Oil and filter change.

There is room for improvement but the car can be used now and any little jobs done as and when you wanted to.
