Oh my goodness, this dress is so amazing 💛💛💛

This came from Grandma‘s wardrobe. We still have a lot of her vintage stuff. !!!

It is a true beauty, but it does not fit any of us, so we have decided to move it on to a more loving home .

Lots and lots of detail in this dress .

It has a lace upper which covers the bust and shoulders, but underneath are the cups and boning of the skirt fabric .

The waist has gathered chiffon which is made into a bow at the back. This has a small popper to pull it over the zip.

The back zip is metal and has a small hook and eye to the top.

The skirt is truly stunning with three layers of fabric. The top one is a chiffon the second is a Satin and the bottom is a heavy stiff fabric which forms a petticoat.

The upper part of the dress is lined and has six pieces of boning.

I believe this was probably a dance dress or made for a very special occasion.

Due to the age of this dress , there are some minor spotting to it, which I have not attempted to clean in. Anyway, I do not know how to do that. !!!

This has no labels or sizing, but I would believe this to be around a size 10. My model is a size 10 to 12, full comparison.

Also, this dress is a lot more lemon yellow than it comes up in the pictures 💛💛💛
