Made in Canada. Used condition shows normal signs of wear, optics in good condition. When I zoom in I see inside a pair of small air bubbles or dots or something similar, maybe dust (can not understand and this impossible to see in the photo). There are scratches on the black paint.

Comes with front cap and an aftermarket lens pouch.
