Payment is required strictly within 3 days of the auction ending. If you are unable to manage this please do not bid. An unpaid case will be opened against you on the 4th day from the date of purchase if still no payment received.

Postage:

I post all of my items using Australia Post parcel post, at the lowest cost for the weight, this includes a tracking number once sent. My postage fees include a small fee to cover the packaging and handling.

I am happy to combine postage on 2 or more items. Please message me before making payment so that I can arrange this.

Unfortunately I do not offer International postage. Postage within Australia ONLY.

I aim to post your item/s as soon as possible, most often the next business day, (excluding public holidays.) I do have a full time job and occasionally this may cause delays with postage, however I will keep in contact with you if there are going to be any delays. 

I cannot be responsible for any postage delays or items missing due to Australia Post. If you require an item by a certain date please inquire about Express Postage, before making payment.

Refunds/Returns: 

Unfortunately I am unable to provide returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. I describe each item to the best of my ability and include many photos which form part of the description. I am more than happy to provide measurements upon request. If an item does not fit you and you have not requested measurements I will not be held responsible for this. (I would suggest re-selling the item on ebay – all part of the fun and games when shopping online!)
