This is a vintage “Wind-Up” blue plastic Motorcycle from Circa late 1950’s PLASTIC MASTERS. Rare and working !!

Toy works good as can be seen in video. Front wheel has one broken peg on left side but it holds in place and doesnt seem to affect operation. Rest of bike is nice with NO breaks or cracks. A pretty rare item from a company that doesnt pop up too much.
