VTG 1992 Treasure Trolls Fabric Blanket? With Pocket Retro 90s Trolls Kid Core

Used condition. I am not sure if it is a blanket or other sort of fabric piece. There is a sort of pocket on the blanket. There are pieces of yarn stitching around the item and on the item. there are also areas of stains and marks in several areas. Please see all photos for full condition and for measurements.
