One is brand new in box, the other is still in packaging but the box was ripped so was thrown away. Bought around a year ago so unable to return. Bought for dressing room project but decided on different lights so never used. Does not include bulbs - they take 5 x E14 bulbs each. 

Great for teenagers rooms, or dressing / make up area.

Each one has an power cord with on/off switch.
