Our Service

We value our customers and aim to provide excellent service. Our dedicated team is available Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm. While we typically reply promptly, please understand that queries received after working hours on a Friday or over the weekend may experience a slight delay in response until Monday.

Postage

Our goal is to dispatch all items within 3 working days after the auction ends. In most cases, we ship items within a day. However, payments received on Fridays will usually be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns

Blythswood Care's eBay shop accepts returns within 30 days of purchase in accordance with eBay's returns policy. If the item is not as described in the listing, we will cover the postage cost for return. For any other returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage.
