I have for sale a number of V2000 format tapes. These are not VHS - they will not play on VHS machines (i.e. most machines).

These are specifically for the V2000 format introduced in the late 1970s.

Listed here is a V2000 tape labelled 'The Stunt Man'. 

Please see the images for visual condition. I don't have a machine to test, so I can't guarantee that this tape actually plays or what the actual content is so this tape is Sold as Seen. In many cases, the content will be as labelled but will often be recorded over and you should bear this in mind when you buy Remember they're around 45 years old and I do not know the history or what's actually on them.

The V2000 system is highly regarded by enthusiasts and audio historians. It is a high-quality format adopted by Philips and Grundig that offered great quality and a long recording time - unusually, for now, on both sides of the tape!  

Once VHS / Betamax was adopted, the machines and tapes became highly collectable.
