If delivery is by courier, or delivery address is outside UK, you must notify me within 4 calendar days (not working days) of the DELIVERY DATE about any problems. If delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, you must notify me within 40 calendar days (not working days) of the SALE DATE about any problems. Otherwise, it will be deemed you have received and are happy with your item, and no refunds will be given.

IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL ITEMS FROM THE ORDER & ALL PACKAGAING & PROVIDE ME WITH PHOTOS. IF NOT, REFUND REQUESTS MAYBE REFUSED.
