Item was purchased from customer return wholesaler. Item was tested on intake and repaired to working and functional condition if necessary. All items has been tested for basic functionality and confirmed to meet basic functional processes prior to listing in accordance with the following possible limitations. All boards are tested with main pc components (cpu, ram, gpu, m.2 drives, and Sata drives) to ensure that the product sold is functional for everyday use. All peripheral (m.2, data, pcie) connections are fully functional unless otherwise stated.  We do not test the affect additional settings in the bios menu have on the functionality of the board and only ensure that the board works using default settings. We only test that the board will load into bios menu and that it recognizes the installed components. Some items may have some minor cosmetic defects but do not affect functionality. Some items may not come with all accessories as new products. Included accessories are shown in pictures and listed below.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• The buyer is purchasing this product with the full knowledge that some of the connections and functions may not be operating properly, and the buyer accepts the risk that all connections and functions, which are not tested or specifically noted as not working, may not work.

• The buyer is responsible for checking that all components they install are compatible with the product and guarantees that they will use components that are compatible with the product, which can be found on the manufacturer?s website. If the buyer does not use the board with manufacturer confirmed compatible components buyer accepts all risk that the board may not work and that the board or components may become damaged and waives their right of return and/or refund.

• If the buyer wishes to return the item, for any reason, return shipping and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount, and any shipping charges will be forfeited. This fee will only be waived if the item is found to be not functional AND in the same physical condition as the pictures shown in the listing if the buyer claims that the item is in non-functional condition. The testing of the item will be done after the item has been returned to the seller and the seller will send documentation of basic functionality as is shown in the original description photos and photos of physical condition. If the buyer claims that the item does not match the description, the seller will examine the item upon receiving the return and submit documentation that the item matches the item that was returned using serial number verification to match photos of the item in post compared to the item that was returned. The testing of the item will be done after the item has been returned to the seller and the seller will send documentation of basic functionality as is shown in the original description photos and photos of physical condition.

• The entering of a bid is a promise on behalf of the bidder to purchase and complete the transaction at the conclusion of the listing. In the case the listing accepts offers, the seller is inviting potential buyers to submit offers for acceptance. The submission of an offer is a promise to purchase and complete the transaction upon acceptance by the seller. If for any reason the winner wishes to not complete the transaction at the conclusion of the listing the winner will be required to pay a 10% cancellation fee in consideration for releasing the winner from their obligation to complete the transaction.

• The seller reserves all rights to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment of the order for any reason but not limited to, damage of the item after listing, listed item is incorrect, or item was already sold. In the event the seller cancels the order after the completion of the auction the winning bidder will not be responsible for paying any fees and will receive a full refund.

• Winners of auction listings must pay within 72 hours of end of auction or the order may be cancelled with applicable restocking fees at the discretion of the seller. The winner of the auction may contact the seller through eBay messenger if for any reason they need additional time to pay for the item and this may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any agreement to extension for payment period can be ended at any time at the discretion of the seller.

• Each section of this agreement is separate and severable from the agreement. If is determined that any section of this agreement is not enforceable, all other sections will remain effective and enforceable, and parties are still required to abide and enforce the remaining section of the agreement.

• As is required by Ebay, they will resolve any disputes that cannot be resolved by the parties. Buyer agrees that in the event Ebay is asked to step in, the buyer agrees that the terms of this agreement are to be applied in reaching an agreement between the parties.

• Buyer agrees that to the extent that this agreement is silent on any issue that may arise, the ruling on such a decision will be fair, in accordance and spirit of the rest of the agreement, and will not be arbitrarily decided against the seller, as the drafter of the agreement, because the agreement is silent on the issue.

• The seller does not accept any liability that the buyer incurs due to the purchased item not meeting their expectations as to functionality or condition including but not limited to: lost income, damage to installed components, shipping charges, etc.
