Numark Axis 2 Professional CD Player 

Not used much has just been gathering dust

 No mains cable so can't test but easily obtained, 

Very nice little CD player, plays sometimes but not others

powers up lights come on

the drawer a little sticky sometimes 

sold as spares or repair, or lots of spare parts

Could just need cleaning or a little bit of know how

No box, leads or instructions
