Fans are new, we have fitted plugs to test, so wires will show signs of being fitted to a plug just for test purpose, and possible fingerprints on shiny black metal housing where I have checked them.

These are only listed as no returns accepted as they cost quite a bit to ship due to weight and we have had a return based on it not being the speed the buyer required, although we don't state a speed, and one returned as it showed signs of having a plug fitted to test, we prefer to test everything where possible, and offer returns on most items but having to pay shipping for nothing isn't fun. Not knocking any buyer but trying to explain why returns option is not available on these.
