presented in superb, beautifully-maintained condition. That
said, please be aware that I am offering for sale a pre-owned piece that has been in storage, and may possess qualities consistent with that fact.

condition possible, I am happy to organise for any piece to benefit
from a full professional clean, administered by our local Master
Upholsterer.
Results post-treatment vary widely, depending on the
characteristics of the fabric and the nature of the areas of compromise
and, whilst results cannot be guaranteed ( certainly,
perfection is an unrealistic expectation), the improvement in the look,
feel and odour post-treatment gives the modest investment required £75
for each sofa,is a bargain, and is
money well-spent. We recommend this course of action to all buyers
without hesitation unless the buyer prefers to organise cleaning the
