The tyres have lots of tread but are perishing/cracking. They’re good enough to temporarily get you out of trouble but will need replacing soon. Both inner tubes hold air and do not have punctures.

The wheels and sprocket could do with a clean, but moving freely with lots of life left in them. Axle/bearing moving freely. The wheels are not perfectly straight, but certainly straight enough to use as is with no dents. Use as is for your daily runner, or with some wire wool or metal polish and a bit of elbow grease could be perfect for your Sunday cruiser.
