Vintage working Duncan parking meter in good but used condition. Timer correctly counts down with each coin. 12 minutes for each penny, 1 hour for each nickel, and 2 hours for each dime. The meter has a 2 hour limit. The 2 locks, which are original, only need a flat blade item like a screwdriver to open. Both locks lock and unlock exactly as if you were using a key. The "Time Expired" flag is in fair condition with fading on the front and back. The "Violation" flag is in better condition with slight fading on the front and back. The lenses are clear. The body of the meter has scratches and marring from normal wear, but overall is in good condition. Included with your purchase is an original Duncan metal coin cup, and the set of wedges, nut, and bolt that is needed to attach it to a pole like it was on the street.
