8x10 Painting Size -- 13.5 x 15.5 Frame Size.  Done by Paul Weber Jr.  Blacksmith Shop.  I believe the Artist made the frame.

The story told in our family is that Paul Weber, Jr. was staying on property of my Father-In-Law's uncle.  In San Diego back in the 1970's.  The Uncle would give Mr. Weber food and supplies, and in return Mr. Weber gave him some paintings.  I think the Uncle also bought a couple.

PLEASE read description and look at all pictures.  Preowned!  May have some slight cosmetic wear – but is fully functional for intended use.  Items are shipped from a pet friendly, non smoking home, but we are not the original owners of most items and therefore cannot guarantee complete history.  We do not list items we find to have offensive odors, but smell perception is subjective.  Color display can be affected by monitor settings, so although we do our best to ensure color is presented accurately, please maintain reasonable expectations in regards to shade.

**Payment is only accepted in US funds

 Shipping~

** Yes, I will Combine Shipping Costs if you win/buy multiple items.  I will send you an invoice with combined shipping charge.

**Shipping costs are paid by the winning bidder, via USPS First Class package or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight. A free tracking number is provided by eBay for these services.   For heavier Items I will give option of Fedex.

**I do not “pad” my prices to cover shipping expenses so therefore I will not refund any overages paid by you for shipping an item. I pack my items VERY carefully and well to prevent breakage and use extra paper and bubble wrap if needed.

**In the event an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately!**  I will need pictures of box and broken items. The carrier will ask that you hold onto it while claim is reviewed and/or approved.

After 7 days of delivery, it will be your responsibility to file a claim for reimbursement with the post office or other shipper. 

Returns~

**Returns are accepted on misrepresented items only. All used/previously owned items are offered on an “AS IS” basis.

**There is absolutely no refunds for buyer’s remorse! Please make sure you actually want the item before making an offer or bidding on an item.
