Purchased from a local county surplus auction in the condition you see in the photos.  I powered on the unit and it came up to the screen shown in the last photo.  After clicking START, the temperature reading slowly began increasing and I could feel the heat coming up from the tube holes on the left side of the unit.  If you would like me to perform any other testing, please message me with details.
