Up for auction is the KL blu-ray of the cult seventies Ozploitation film Stunt Rock. It’s a gonzo “mockumentary” about legendary stunt man Grant Page and the magic-metal rock band Sorcery! (Sorcery uses magic onstage kind of like Dragon Sound uses Kung fu in Miami Connection and are about as talented!) Needless to say, this movie is weird with a beard, but it’s also a lot of fun, and has some amazing stunts performed by Page. The KL blu-ray features a new 4K remaster that looks and sounds terrific, and some great extras about Page, director Brian Trenchard-Smith, and the films very interesting production.
