Vladimir Velickovic (1895 - 2019) was a Serbian born artist. He was trained in his native Serbia but moved to Paris in 1966, where he worked and lived for the rest of his life. He won many awards for his work including becoming a Commander of the Ordre des Artes et Lettres in France.
