Vintage metal figural tobacco pipe lighter. UNTESTED and is Sold As Is. 

Measures approximately 4" L x 2-5/8" H.

Both the inner sleeve and bottom are marked with "Made In Occupied Japan."

There are light surface scratches,  metal wear/toning, mostly inside the bowl area, and the inner sleeve. Also, color wear/fading loss.
