This is a fascinating job lot bringing together no fewer than 40 magazines / brochures, mainly general interest from the 1950s and 1960s, but overall spanning 40 years.  Could be good for collectors, for trade stock or as props for theatre etc or exhibition display.

The lot comprises:

11 x LIFE INTERNATIONAL / ATLANTIC magazine 1960 - 1967 (mainly 65-67). Includes Elizabeth Taylor "The Taming of the Shrew" cover, and a multi-page feature inside with the thoughts of Richard Burton; "Bird" watcher's guide to London; BBC "Alice In Wonderland" controversy.
One of the magazines is missing its cover but includes major features on Frank Sinatra and on the Ku Klux Klan.

3 x EVERYBODY'S magazine 1957-58 including Elizabeth Taylor / Mike Todd cover

1 x LOOK magazine, 1966 John Lennon cover and major interview across several pages - one of the first to take his views seriously.
The magazine has significant wear, particularly to the front and back. Front with the John Lennon picture is fully intact but with significant wear and there is a torn-away section of the back page (not affecting editorial content).  A small section of one of the Lennon pages has been cut but the text of the piece is not affected. Otherwise, pages are crisp and clean, and there are even intact tear-out mailing cards from advertisers including the Capitol Records Club.”

1 x PICTURE POST 1947

11 x WHICH? magazine 1960-62. Includes surveys of racing correspondents, fly killers, nylon whiteners, instant coffee, and so many more. PLUS small brochure on WHICH? car reports.

1 x GEOGRAPHICAL MAGAZINE - 1949

6 X ASSORTED HOUSE / HOME / DIY magazines 1958-65. PLUS a Furni-kit brochure, no date but looks late fifties or early sixties.
