Steiff Schulte Hedgehog Mohair Fabric - 9mm
Steiff Schulte Hedgehog Mohair Fur Fabric - 9mm is the perfect fabric for making the cutest toy hedgehogs (plus teddy bears and other soft toys too!).
Hedgehog mohair has 'hedgehog prickles' that are made from 9mm (approximately!) brown pile with a white tip. The pile has been 'gelled' to give a spikey effect and has been woven into a milk chocolate coloured backing.
The hedgehog mohair has been produced in Germany by the Steiff Schulte company.
This mohair fabric is available in the following sizes:
- 1/4m is approx 50cm deep x 70cm wide
- 1/8m is approx 50cm deep x 35cm wide
- 1/16m is approx 25cm deep x 35cm wide
- 1/32m is approx 25cm deep x 17cm wide
Please note, although we try our best, it is very difficult to photograph an exact colour match of the mohair.
