New stock inventory piece of French porcelain by the luxury French porcelain producer, Bernardaud.

Item is formally known as a "service plate" by Bernardaud (known in the USA as a charger plate).  Plate could also be used as a serving platter/ plate due to its size.

Original store sticker is still on back of plate and has not been removed.
