All video games, DVD and electronics are tested for functionality before listing. They are also tested once again upon purchase before shipping.  We pride ourselves in accurate listings and descriptions of our Items by making sure each photo represents what will be received by our buyers. Should any problem arise with your transaction, please do not leave feedback before contacting us. We take pride in our customer service and will work through a resolution that will be favorable for all buyers.

SHIPPING
•       Please be aware of our shipping charges prior to placing a purchase or bid.  We ship within 2 business days.

RETURNS
•    Returns are accepted within 30 days. A refund will not be provided if items are replaced, modified or a new item seal is broken. Every new video game will be shipped in a box to avoid a loose disc. If a return will be made on a new game, it must be returned in the same box or similar to also avoid loose discs. New games returned with a loose disc will NOT be accepted.

•    Unless the condition of the item purchased was far off the description and or photos provided, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

•    Any video game console or electronic device serviced by us when applicable will have a warranty sticker. If any returns will be accepted, please return it without tampering with the seal or refunds are void.
