Arranbee Littlest Angel Ballerina Doll R & B 11" Blonde 1950s All Original

This is a sweet, all-original Arranbee Littlest Angel Dol from 1955. She is marked R&B on her head and back. She stands approximately 10.5" tall, with blonde hair in its originals set (with a few curls falling flattened in the back from storage). She has a vinyl face and a body made of hard plastic and is a "walker" with bending knees and sleep eyes. She is dressed in the Arranbee Ballerina costume #063, as shown on pg. 144 of Arranbee Dolls by Suzanne L. DeMillar & Dennis J. Brevik,

Condition

Excellent, all-original condition. Ballerina shoe ribbons sometimes fall down leg (could be re-tied tighter).  Very bright face paint. Sleep eyes work.  Body and face color is excellent; no splits or cracks or discoloration of the hard plastic body. Ballerina costume is in near mint condition with no visible flaws; silver trim is bright and has not turned. Some curls in back of head are a little flattened from storage. If there was a walking mechanism on this doll that turned the head when the legs walked, the head does not do this (the head is jointed and can be turned).
