As most know, there were no 1982 mint sets created so finding a quarter in mint shape isn't easy and this was struck on a nickel ($.05) planchette.

I've shown the weight, clear pictures of the front and back as well as the sides where you can see it's not a Washington Quarter planchette.  Also pictured is the front & back of the coin on a digital scale showing the weight is that of a US Jefferson Nickel
