This rod has a number of options for set up (casting or fly) from a 4 pce at about 8' to a 5 pce at 10'.  There are three tip options (one not original). One of the tips is short but judging by the sewn in sections in the rod bag, which appears to be original, this short tip may be original length. It does provide another set up option. Rubber rod but a bit perished. Rod is branded on the base as G Little & Co 63 Haymarket London SW. This was a site they occupied from 1887 to 1925.  I think this rod dates from about 1913, so it is a 100+yr old rod.  Has an original inner bag plus a very nice bamboo tube (missing one end cap) Lovely display piece.
