This is a vintage Sports Specialties hat for the Ole Miss Rebels ice hockey team. The hat is officially licensed and has a black color. It is a unisex adult size and features the Carolina Hurricanes branding. The hat was manufactured in Bangladesh. Excellent  lightly used condition.  Look at pics
