Due
to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we will
consider returns, and/or partial/full refunds if the item was significantly misrepresented.
Once payment has
cleared, your item will be shipped via USPS. If applicable, shipping is
calculated based on weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the
location of the buyer. Items are packaged securely to prevent damage during
transit. Tracking information will be provided.
We are not responsible for any losses or delays caused by
the shipping carrier.
Every
effort on my end will be made to communicate with USPS and recover your item
before a refund is considered.
Handling
time is typically one day. There are rare delays due to life interferences, it
happens, apologies in advance if this happens. It will be noted and
communicated to the buyer. Note that this is a rare occurrence. Your
understanding and patience is appreciated.

involved with a non-profit organization that provides housing for adults with
developmental and intellectual disabilities living in foster care. A portion of
the proceeds is allocated to support this important cause.
