Measures 2 3/4" x 1 3/8" . Victorians took their mourning very seriously. These weave & hair works of art were often sent out to professionals to make. Brooch is circa 1880. It was just a brooch. I added at, no additional charge, a pendant converter with Gold Plate link necklace.
